Fanvue Geoblocking & User Blocking Guide

Use Fanvue privacy controls to block selected countries or users and understand what visitors from blocked locations see.

Fanvue includes privacy controls for blocking users and blocking entire countries from viewing a profile. These controls are useful for creators who need regional privacy without taking the whole account offline.

Where to find geo-blocking

Fanvue currently documents the control under Settings → Privacy and safety → Block by country. Select the locations or users you want to block and save the change.

What blocked-country visitors see

Fanvue says a visitor from a blocked country will see a message indicating that the page does not exist. This applies whether the visitor has a Fanvue account or not.

Current location blocking is country-level

Fanvue’s current help documentation says city, town and state-level geoblocking are not yet available. The privacy control therefore has a broader reach than Fansly’s more granular location blocking.

Use direct user blocking for individual problems

If the concern is one person rather than an entire region, block the specific user rather than sacrificing discoverability across a whole country.

Best Creators tip: record your blocked markets

If traffic or subscriptions fall unexpectedly, check whether an important market was previously added to the blocked-country list. Privacy changes are easy to forget once they are set.
