Your Fanvue profile image, banner, bio and intro video can appear before a visitor subscribes, so they have two jobs at once: explain your brand and stay compliant with public-discovery rules.
Build the profile before sending traffic
Fanvue’s current onboarding guidance recommends completing the profile before promotion. This includes a profile image, banner, bio, intro video, automated messages and an initial content library.
Recommended image sizes
Fanvue currently recommends a 1080 × 1080 profile image and a 1192 × 335 banner. These public images should represent the creator clearly and consistently.
Public profile media must stay SFW
Fanvue says profile pictures, banners and intro videos can appear on public discovery surfaces and therefore need to remain suitable for a general audience. Explicit nudity, explicit sexual posing and see-through material are not permitted in these public-facing assets.
AI use should not be hidden
Fanvue’s public-profile guidance also says misleading imagery is not allowed and that AI-generated imagery should be disclosed clearly. That fits with the platform’s wider AI-disclosure rules.
Discoverability has to be enabled
If you want the account to appear in Fanvue search and discovery, check the Discoverability control in Creator Settings. A polished profile cannot help discovery if the profile is intentionally hidden from those surfaces.
Best Creators tip: treat the intro video like a landing page
Keep it short and useful. Introduce the persona, explain the type of content people can expect and give the viewer a reason to follow or subscribe without turning the public intro into explicit content.
