Fanvue Affiliates lets creators earn commission by promoting creators who are already on Fanvue. It is a different system from Fanvue Referrals, which rewards you for bringing a brand-new creator onto the platform.
How an affiliate offer works
A creator can open an affiliate offer and choose a commission percentage. Another creator can accept that offer, receive a unique affiliate link and share it with their own audience.
Commission is tied to new paying fans for that creator
Fanvue’s current affiliate guidance says commission applies when the affiliate brings a fan who is new to the promoted creator and that fan generates qualifying paid revenue. A free trial by itself does not create commission until paid activity occurs.
Affiliate income can continue with renewals
Current Fanvue documentation describes affiliate commission as continuing while attributed fans remain paying customers, subject to the terms and limits of the offer. This makes audience quality more important than raw click volume.
Affiliates and Referrals are not interchangeable
Referrals focus on recruiting new creators to Fanvue. Affiliates focus on sending fans to an existing creator. Keep reporting and campaign links separate so you know which model is producing income.
Availability may still vary
Fanvue currently describes Affiliates as a feature being rolled out progressively, so not every account may see the same controls at the same time. Check Creator Tools before building a campaign around it.
Best Creators tip: choose creators whose audience overlaps naturally
Affiliate promotion works better when the promoted profile is genuinely relevant to your audience. A smaller but closely matched audience can be more valuable than a large audience with no reason to subscribe.
