What reposting is for
Reposting lets creators surface another creator’s content to their own audience. It can be useful for collaborations, cross-promotion and highlighting content that is relevant to your community.
Reposting is not the same as re-uploading
Use the platform repost function rather than downloading and uploading someone else’s media as if it were your own. Keeping the original post relationship intact makes authorship and context clearer.
Plan collaboration before the post goes live
Agree on timing, what each creator will repost, what call to action should be used and which profile should receive the primary traffic. A coordinated exchange usually performs better than random reciprocal reposting.
Consent still matters
If the underlying media contains another person, the normal verification and consent rules still apply. A repost does not remove the need for the original content to comply with Fansly’s rules.
