Fanvue explicitly supports AI-generated and AI-enhanced creators, but synthetic media is not exempt from platform rules. Disclosure, consent and moderation requirements still apply.
AI-generated content is allowed
Fanvue says fully AI-generated content can be uploaded to the platform. AI-enhanced content and some face-swapped or deepfake-style media can also be permitted when the underlying real people are properly verified and authorised.
AI media must be disclosed
Fanvue requires creators to make it clear when media is AI-generated. The platform says disclosure can be placed in the profile bio, content caption or a watermark and warns that failure to disclose may lead to content removal or account action.
AI cannot be used to impersonate or mislead harmfully
Fanvue’s current policy prohibits synthetic media intended to deceive or harm others. AI content still has to satisfy the platform’s general Community Guidelines and moderation standards.
Real people still need consent
If a real person’s face or body is used as part of synthetic media, Fanvue requires the relevant individual to be verified or covered by the appropriate consent process. Adding an AI face does not remove that requirement.
AI creators are visibly labelled
Fanvue currently says AI creator accounts receive an AI tag in the profile bio so fans can identify that the creator uses generated media.
Best Creators tip: disclose more clearly than the minimum
Consistent AI labelling reduces confusion and refund disputes. If a profile mixes real and synthetic media, explain that clearly in the bio and relevant captions.
