Fanvue Manager Accounts Guide

Understand how Fanvue Manager Accounts, creator invitations and team-member access work for agencies and creator teams.

Fanvue Manager Accounts are built for agencies and managers who oversee multiple creator profiles from one central login.

Managers use a separate manager account

Fanvue currently requires a manager account to be created with a fresh email address. Creator profiles are then connected by invitation from each creator.

Creators control the connection

A creator sends the invitation from Settings → Management. The manager accepts the invitation while signed into the manager account, and the creator profile is then added to the manager dashboard.

Manager Accounts have important restrictions

Fanvue states that Manager Accounts cannot access creator payouts, change the creator’s email or password, or delete the creator account.

Team members can be added beneath the manager

Fanvue also allows manager accounts to invite team members, such as chatters. Current documentation says team members can access the main feed, messages and parts of the Vault, but cannot publish content on behalf of creators.

Best Creators tip: map access before adding the team

Decide which creators and workflows each person actually needs before inviting them. Team access is easier to manage when permissions are designed around responsibilities instead of convenience.
