Collections are public profile organization
Fanvue describes Collections like albums that help fans find related posts. A creator can add an existing post to a Collection or assign a new post to one while publishing.
The Vault is private storage
Media uploaded to Fanvue is stored in the creator Vault. The Vault is not a public album and is intended for internal reuse and organization.
Use folders inside the Vault
Fanvue allows creators to organize Vault media into folders alongside standard media-type groupings. This makes it easier to reuse content without repeatedly uploading files.
Deleted posts do not necessarily remove the media from the Vault
Fanvue’s current Vault documentation says media from previously deleted posts can remain in the Vault for creator reuse.

Use Vault folders for internal workflow names and Collections for audience-facing names. A private production folder can be technical; a public Collection should be understandable to fans.
