The Fansly Media Vault is the creator’s internal media library. Photos, videos and other uploaded files can be stored, searched and reused instead of being uploaded from scratch every time.
Where Vault media comes from
Fansly automatically saves media you upload through posts and messages into the Vault. You can also upload files directly to the Vault in advance, which is useful when you want larger files processed before a campaign goes live.
Use albums to separate workflows
The Vault includes system albums such as All, Posts and Messages. You can also create private custom albums for your own organization. Album names and descriptions are for your workflow and are not a public-facing content category.
Build a naming system you can maintain
Organize by set, campaign, month or content type. A simple system such as “2026-09 / Fitness Set / PPV” is easier to search six months later than a collection of unnamed uploads.
Removing from an album is not always the same as deleting everywhere
Fansly allows media to appear in more than one Vault album. If you want an item completely removed from your Vault organization, check every album in which it appears rather than assuming one removal affects all locations.
Best Creators tip: prepare campaign folders before publishing
Create the album, upload the finished media and select previews before you begin writing posts or messages. That turns publishing into a repeatable workflow instead of a file hunt.
