Fanvue subscriptions renew unless they are cancelled. Fans should understand the cancellation timing, what access remains after cancelling and how Fanvue treats refund requests for digital content.
How to cancel a Fanvue subscription
Fanvue currently directs fans to Settings → Payments & Subscriptions → Manage My Subscriptions. Select the creator, choose Unsubscribe and confirm the cancellation.
You keep access until the current paid period ends
After cancelling a paid subscription, Fanvue says the fan normally retains access until the end of the current 30-day billing period. No new renewal should be taken after a completed cancellation.
Do not wait until the renewal is already processing
Fanvue warns that cancelling only one or two hours before renewal can be too late if the next payment is already being processed. Cancel earlier if you know you do not want another billing cycle.
Most Fanvue payments are non-refundable
Fanvue’s current refund guidance says subscriptions, renewals, tips, PPV and direct-message purchases are generally non-refundable once digital access has been delivered.
If a creator account is removed
Fanvue says access to that creator’s profile, posts and associated content ends immediately when the creator account is terminated. Active subscriptions are cancelled so future renewals stop.
Removed content does not automatically create a refund right
If the content was available to the fan before removal, Fanvue says the normal non-refundable rule still applies. The platform asks users who were charged but never had any access to contact support within the stated review period and provide evidence.
Contact Fanvue before initiating a bank chargeback
Fanvue’s current cancellation guidance explicitly tells users to contact support first if they believe a charge is wrong rather than immediately opening a bank chargeback.
